Beautiful app!!! I always check kanji and japanese words with Imiwa? but it would be better if you put also italian language!!!

The app is in Italian but when I translate it can find an Italian translation. Add more Italian words please!

This is my favourite app ever, probably the one I use the most! But I loved so much version 3.1.1 layout, I think the "bigger" menu was easier to use, could you reconsider that layout please? :)

I started using imiwa? many years ago on iPod as buying and iPod using this free app was cheaper than buying and electronic dictionary. Surprisingly, imiwa is just better and great as it works offline, its quick and very complete. I personally use more English-Japanese or French to refine meanings.

The only thing that I have to use another app for is using your finger or stylus to write a character to search for the kanji or word meaning. Otherwise, this app is perfect.

Ive had and used this app for years now. I dont know if its still free, but if its not, Im sure that the price is well worth what youre getting. And if it is still free, thats even more amazing. One of my favorite features is how it takes Japanese text thats copied to the clipboard and auto-translates it when the app is opened. Ive recommended this app to many friends and family and will continue to do so. One feature I think would be useful would be some kind of rating or badge on each word that indicates how commonly used a word is. I use imiwa a lot when Im reading, and sometimes I wonder if the word Ive just looked up is commonly used or just a more artistic way of saying something. Im writing this review partly in hopes that the creators might see my comment, and consider adding this feature. Anyway, thank you for an incredibly useful app

This dictionary is more than I ever thought to dream of in a dictionary. I dont use any other, and I tell everyone with an iOS device about it. I could go on in my review about everything it does, but lets save time. Read the description, download this free *offline* dictionary, play with it, and marvel at it.

Supports many lookup methods, several language dictionaries, inline examples with furigana, and JLPT test levels. I cant recommend it enough.

This app is incredible. It even looks up conjugated verbs. Very useful. Best dictionary app Ive seen.

This is, hands down, the best Japanese dictionary app--period. Im pretty much dedicated to Apple products just so I can use it.

The only way it can be perfected is if a identifying by drawing it out is added. Like in the examples.

I have tried pretty much all of the free japanese to english/english to japanese translator and dictionary apps. i only kept a select few and deleted the rest. i will NEVER delete this app. my fav of many other features is the auto clipboard detection <3 that feature is just spot on and exactly what every translator app should have! imiwa has replaced the previous apps i used to translate and look up words. what would make it even better tho, is adding more words to dictionary, because there have been a few times that i got no results found. other than that, i love this app so much and recommend it to every japanese language learner!!!!!!!!!!

This app is great for looking up kanji by there radicals. Also for easily finding kanji combinations. A must have for learning to read kanji.
