imiwa? App Reviews

As a new student to the Japanese language, this app has helped me immensely in learning not only how to pronounce new kanji but also all the small details that make up each one so I can better understand it. I couldnt imagine my studying without it; its never let me down!

Very very accurate Japanese, it is a key learning tool. Doesnt need access to wifi, deserves more than 5 stars

I absolutely love this app. One of the best, if not the best Japanese dictionary you can find. I have Midori but it can be confusing. Imiwa is straight forward and has the kanji you are looking for. Midori cost me money but Imiwa was free. I dont know why they dont charge for Imiwa but they should, its that good. Forget about Midori or anything JapanesePod101 sells, get Imiwa because you wont be disappointed.

Let me just tell you this, I never write reviews for apps because Im just too lazy, but this one really deserves it. Ive been studying Japanese for over a year now, and I can say this app is very handy.

This app is absolutely amazing! The definitions of words are translated into multiple languages so if you speak languages like French or German as well, you can really understand the words better

Normally I dont bother to write any reviews, but this app is that good that I have to sign in to spread the words. Its very helpful for people who just start to learn Japanese!

The single best language app I have ever downloaded. I use this daily in Japan for translation, kanji learning and generally getting by. I would happily pay for this app given how useful it is and the sheer amount of work that went into its creation. Cannot recommend it enough!

Ive used imiwa? since before iPhone 4 was on the market and the app has come a long way. Its really helped me make life in Japan just a little bit easier because I can easily and accurately translate difficult English/Japanese words. I deeply appreciate all the dedicated work the developers have put into the app. Please, keep up the outstanding work!
